I love the variety of recipes and it's so nice that I already have so many of these ingredients in the house. This is a great recipe book for anyone that's vegetarian or just wants some meatless meals.

The pics are very nice but I turned plant based,(Dr Ornish) after my heart attack. I will be able to use some of the recipes and find substitute ingredients.
Love this cookbook. The recipes are simple and do not require a lot of random ingredients that you might not have on hand. Hoping for a volume 2!
